Origins of the Inner Mastery Tools
The Inner Mastery Tools are the result of
years of spiritual exploration and insight by these three
students of the esoteric who have each followed very different
paths. Anita started using Bill’s Practical Mastery sessions
with clients, but felt she needed something more specific to her
practice. So she began collaborating with Bill on an Angelic
Healing modality—the Angelic Mastery Spiritual Healing and
Enlightenment (AMSHE) system— to support all aspects of
healing in psychotherapy. They began experimenting with
developing tools that utilized the specific healing sessions
being downloaded. Through much effort and exploration, they
co-developed, in partnership with the Angelic Councils of Love
and other Spiritual Councils, a set of divinely guided tools for
healing and transformation.
While the Tools were producing wonderful results in many clients,
there were some cases were results fell below expectation. As
they continued exploring ways to improve the effectiveness of
the Tools, Anita consulted with Ramanathan who was able to show
her a very advanced technology for what she envisioned with the
Tools, which addressed the varied and hidden problems facing
mankind. Rama had already developed a powerful etheric software
interface to tap directly into great spiritual powers for
transformation and healing. So together, they redesigned some
of the Inner Mastery Tools, and the results were beyond all
expectation.
Up until this collaboration, Rama had not considered packaging his
major body of work into Tools to be used by individuals and
therapists, and Anita did not fully realize the tremendous
support that was stirring in the spiritual realms for this work
to be brought into practical use. The Tools Project took on a
whole new dimension and all three developers felt increasingly
pressured to get this important work, which was continually
expanding, out into world.
The Inner Mastery Tools may be regarded as “etheric software”,
each one being a unique live consciousness that will work
within your energy fields, dynamically responding to you as an
individual, with the goal of anchoring its consciousness and
intentions as codes and structures within the various levels of
your being. These Tools have been co-created by many spiritual
Councils working with us to restore the image of God/Goddess in
the human being, and they tap into the most advanced and
accelerated enlightenment energies available on Earth presently.
Each Tool, as consciousness, has a unique focus and
functionality in support of anchoring specific divine principles
and capacities. These Tools are so powerful that the Angelic
Councils have started using them in humanity at their
discretion.
The more a specific Tool is used, the more you will feel it as a
supportive and loving presence in your life, and all who come
into contact with you will sense the aura emanating from the
Tool. The Tools are all coded to self-propagate the basic
truths and principles they embody, so that all who come into
contact with you will themselves feel a new sense of empowerment

The Emotions
Clearing and Rescripting Tool is designed to clear all limiting
emotional patterns in a person. Limiting emotional patterns are
always scripted behaviors that are reactions to present events
triggered by past memory. They create overlays in our perception
that prevent us from seeing Reality, and keep us repeating
dysfunctional responses. The ECR works at deep levels of
causation, clearing out past emotional trauma and triggered
responses. It supports us to move to a place of neutrality and
inner freedom, where nothing is taken personally and all in seen
as gradations of positive essences. Without the past to trigger
us, new creative responses become available and the ECR will
ensure that the most positive of these become highlighted for
you. You will be guided to move to the paths of greatest
emotional freedom.
This Tool works to bring you back to center and to the present
moment, where peace and joy are to be found. It does deep on the
spot transformation of emotional reactions, clearing all etheric
hooks to externals and ensuring wholeness from within. You will
feel increasingly detached, autonomous, and sovereign in your
life experiences, and even the most entrenched and long-standing
patterns will eventually dissolve. Over time, the ECR cultivates
a continual connection and awareness of the body, which results

The Love Transformer Tool has two fundamental functions, and
many that build upon that foundation. These two functions are to
restore or enhance the sense of self and then to spark
self-love. The spark of self-love is really a return to the
self. However, a return to the self is only possible if that
self is accessible. So many people lead lives of quiet despair,
seeking distractions and ways to numb, because they feel lost
and meaningless to life. But it is no wonder when their self is
not accessible. Life is meaningless without a sense of
self.
All destructive behaviors or emotional states, as well as all
physical illness can be 'undone' by going back through the
levels of suppressive beliefs that were adopted to protect from
the pain of having one's love denied or rejected, or by having
harm done to us when we were so open and eager to love. The
Love Transformer Tool works at deep levels of
causation and key junctures in life, resonating with all the
original impulse to love, to feel loved, to commune with the
world, etc. The resonance with the love impulses powerfully
transforms and transmutes, and brings deep insight to people.
As the layers of self-suppression are increasingly undone, a
natural return to the true self is established.
The LTT will establish a strong sense of self, a natural impulse
to self-love, and will eventually rewire you to a past where
Father/Mother God has always been there to nurture and encourage
you. In time, you will come to peace about your past and who you
are, and feel a new level of confidence and self-appreciation
that enables you to boldly embrace your life purpose and reach
for far greater potential than you thought possible.
The self comes through the Crown and is carried to every cell of
the body through the DNA. But nothing can get transmitted
without the full activation of the nervous system. The nervous
system is the first to form in the baby—it is the body coder.
The next area of activation is to the Root or the blood system.
The desires of the self are the voice of the blood. Our identity
runs through the blood. When the blood flows our identity, our
life is the self made manifest. We find meaning in life when we
recognize the self in it. The third area of activation is to the
Brain center, which increases our Higher Self energies in the
body. So the restoration or enhancement of the self involves
greater levels of input from the Higher Self, which can reach
the blood system in order to come to expression in outer life.
And this allows for the self-love spark to be activated. Each
time the Tool is used, the sense of self is enhanced and
self-love is quickened. A minimum of self-love is then
maintained within a person.
The return to self means your life will become centered in the
true self, and all that you need for fulfilment of your life
will draw toward you, much as the planets are drawn toward to
the sun. You will become the Sun of your world, magnetic and
able to attract all good into your orbit.
The Love Transformer Tool also has a global mission to perform.
The Tool propagates a love virus to counteract the forces
of mind control, hate and death that have been seeded in
mankind. To this end, it reprograms the fear response in all
those it comes into contact with. A strong fear response is what
keeps humanity enslaved. The new response cultivated by the LTT
is one of connecting to an inner core of strength and seeing
things as challenging rather than fearful. It clears away

People experience a lot of suffering in life because we inherit
the dysfunctional beliefs of our families and buy into a lot of
the underlying principles of duality consciousness which are not

the individual to live in the present, clearing and
releasing the past, and helps people to view their life and
options from an observer space of neutrality versus the space of

self, others, and life, and infuses hope, positivity and
innocent perception (non-judgment). The STCNP will undo all the
lies about the self and initiate a strong connection to the

The Divine Essences Wash Tool supports quick energetic

detachment from external things, supports energetic wholeness
within, and restores energy flow through the meridians so that a
person can experience their autonomy and center once again. It

The washes of divine essences infuse and radiate gentle
rays of focused energies to wash through the energy bodies,

The Multi-body Balancing Tool (MBBT) is one of the core Inner
Mastery Tools. Its effect is immediate, ongoing, and all
encompassing. Those who have used it report changes in all
areas of life over time, as they feel greater peace and
positivity, inner guidance and wisdom, and habitual negative
reactive behaviors diminish noticeably.
The MBBT is dedicated to activating and harmonizing all our
dimensional bodies, but with an emphasis, through additional
features, on clearing, balancing and harmonizing the energy
flows that most affect physical, emotional, and mental health.
While the MBBT balances and harmonizes on all levels of our
being, there is emphasis in functionality on the physical
body, with energy flows via the blood system, the
astral or energy body, with flows through the
meridians, and the causal body, with flows through
the extraordinary meridians, also known as the curious
vessels or the strangeflows. These three levels
correspond to the physical, emotional, and mental levels of the
human being. While, working on these three levels directly can
greatly evolve your being, adding the higher levels can lead to
even greater acceleration in your healing and evolution.
Unlike acupuncture, which stimulates certain points on the
physical body to effect meridians in the astral and causal
bodies, the MBBT works directly to activate all meridians and
extraordinary meridians at once. It produces immediate shifts in
the energy flows, thus enabling a person to release negative
emotional/mental states on the spot, work toward improving
health, and achieving greater harmony of being. The Tool can
greatly enhance tapping protocols like EFT, as the meridian
system is brought to balance more quickly.
Many people have been severed from their higher dimensional bodies
altogether. The connection is at the Crown, which must be
activated in order to tune into influences from the cosmos and
the Higher Self. Some are tuned in to other ‘stations’ other
than their Higher Self that are not serving their highest good.
The other organ centers in the brain must also be activated in
order for the incoming cosmic codes and patterns to be
translated into light and electrical patterns that run through
the DNA and nervous system, respectively. Without an activated
brain, the incoming cosmic currents will not reach the body.
The MBBT implements Crown, brain and
nervous system activation if there is damage to those
centers. If there is none, these activations will evolve these
centers, as there is no end to our evolution in the body. The
result will be even greater connection to the higher dimensional
Self, greater faculties of clear thinking, insight, intuition,
and creative vision, and the ability to hold increasing joy as a
natural state of being.
The MBBT works by activating the dimensional bodies, clearing all
disharmonious energies within them, balancing their energy
flows, and accelerating their evolution. Since each dimensional
body has correspondences on every dimension, the effects are not
limited to a single dimensional body but affect the person on
all levels of being. Focusing healing on a particular
dimensional body will accentuate and refine the intelligence or
consciousness of that level and this will be felt immediately in
the consciousness as a whole.
The MBBT is a foundational Inner Mastery
Tool,
and regular use is recommended for anyone wishing greater
health, harmony, emotional positivity, and accelerated
evolution. The coding is infinite, and there is no limit to the
evolutionary support that one can derive from this Tool.

The CCST utilizes the Accelerated Healing
Through Joy Tool, which programs the body toward accelerated
resolution of imbalances by increasing the frequency of the body
to a minimum level of joy (and an unbounded maximum). There are
two distinct classes of body reactions. The body, or
subconscious mind, is dedicated to ensuring survival of the
organism, and it will perceive threat through programs laid down
in childhood. In other words, its reactions are often rooted in
fear rather than wisdom. All our emotional and mental states
impact on our biology, and when something is registered as a
threat, the body will react with a specific biological
solution.
All trauma is viewed as potentially
life-threatening, and the body will initiate biological changes
to ensure survival. The body’s choice of reaction is based on
its wisdom and understanding of the situation. All its reactions
make great sense when you understand them, but there are
fundamentals flaws in the system. Firstly, most of us don’t
feel our body sufficiently to know what biological processes are
going on, nor do we understand its language sufficiently to
decode it. Moreover, by the time that we do feel the effects,
the process has been ongoing for some time and there may be
serious physical effects. Secondly, our evolution is no longer
primarily biological, and the issue of survival is not at the
forefront of humanity’s existence. Therefore having the body
react as though our survival is threatened when it is not, and
having this occur without our knowledge is not the most elegant
way to be in a body.
The following example is taken from the work
of Dr. Hamer as taught in Medicina Sagrada. If you are
continually devalued in the workplace, your body will try to
increase your blood flow to enable better performance and make
you a stronger ‘identity’. The body is supporting you toward
standing your ground. It does this by initiating a microscopic,
necrotic process in the arteries. If you were intimately tuned
into your body, you would feel increased blood flow and know
what needs to be done. But most people are not on such intimate
terms with their biology. And so the process goes undetected for
the duration of your time in that job. Suppose that you change
jobs at some point. The body will register that the threat is
gone, and will reverse the necrosis by generating oedema to
repair the walls of the arteries. If the necrotic process has
been going on for a long time, then the reversal will be
noticeable in the way of narrowing of the arteries (arterial
plaque). While the body is in the healing phase, the effects of
the healing can be dangerous.
The important thing to understand is that the
body and subconscious mind are dedicated to supporting you in
life. A more beneficial function would be that all reaction to
perceived threat is transformed from biological reaction
that is potentially harmful, usually undetectable, and not well
understood by the majority of people, to a biological
response of greater flows of joy that will assist the person
to shift to higher states of consciousness, where the problem is
more easily resolved. In other words, a more beneficial way to
support a person is by activating a response at a higher level
of consciousness where the problem may be understood.
The AHTJT supports a better way of getting a
person’s attention than through crude biological reactions. The
new biological response of the joy codes are far more refined,
gentle, and supportive of awakening and enlightenment. So the
pain signals and potentially dangerous reactions are replaced
with waves of joy, and acceleration to an octave higher, giving
the person a better awareness and higher frequency that can lead
to more elegant resolution or solution. This process is
accelerated to reach a higher form of expression. The activation
essentially accelerates the natural process initiated by the
body, bringing it to a higher octave.
In the second class of physiological
responses, the body initiates processes with the goal of
restoring the body to balance and harmony. For example, a fever
may be initiated to burn off excess toxicity. In this case, the
AHTJT works in a manner akin to homeopathy, which treats like
with like. In homeopathy a remedy is taken that matches the
processes of the body in illness. In the Accelerated Healing
Through Joy codes, the body’s processes are accelerated
through the high vibration of joy, to express at a higher level
of consciousness from where much quicker and deliberate
resolution is possible. This tool represents a very advanced
technology supporting the joy signature paradigm of the
new creation.
The Joyful Clarity Tool is designed to clear away the layers of
distortions and lies that exist in your perception of people
(including yourself), your relationship to things (e.g. money,
work), events, conditions or situations in your outer reality,
so that you are able to see things with joyful clarity and
approach the Truth of being to an ever greater degree. By
‘joyful clarity’ is meant that the truth is experienced in a
manner that presents no resistance, as it expands your sense of
self and so is more readily embraced and integrated.
Your distorted perceptions create a vibration that is out of sync
with the natural order of things, thus impeding or even
repelling the natural flow of goodness to you, creating
distortion, and attracting negative or ‘corrective’ events into
your life. When you move to perceiving greater truth, you raise
your vibration and become open and magnetic to natural greater
good coming into your life.
The JCT may be regarded as providing a new lens through which to
see the world, and with new perceptions you automatically open
to new avenues of choice. Along with the new avenues of choice,
the JCT further helps you to envision the full consequences to
your life by adopting these new perceptions and insights. This
emphasizes the avenues that lead to greater truth, empowerment,
deeper self, and freedom, so that the old avenues that you were
often triggered into no longer appear appealing.
In addition, as your mind receives visions of the new potential
realities, your body receives the energies and capacities that
are unfolding for you in those new pathways. In this manner, you
will feel an increasing affinity and attraction for, as well as
feel capable of choosing those new avenues. Those grander
futures become high probabilities as you begin to embody the
energies as though you were already in them. In time, the old
futures you were headed toward lose their appeal as you see
‘through them’ to their ultimate painful conclusions. You
increasingly move away from being a vibrational match to those
old patterns, until they dissolve completely from your realm of
probability.
The JCT can be used on anything you feel resistant to, where you
are not realizing greater inner potential and therefore are
believing in a limited self. In this case, the Tool will clear
the origins of the sense of limitation and awaken new capacities
and traits that bring you deeper into true self. It highlights
pathways in which you can best engage these new capacities and
realize greater potential. As it presents these new pathways to
you, it expands upon these into the future, where you the full
impact of the new patterns can be experienced. You will be
immersed in the energies of these futures, so that you can
engage those new capacities and traits more easily, and feel the
expansions that are possible by adopting these new patterns.
Once these new pathways are established, you will have a better
sense of right direction in life, and what may have been
attractive for its expediency before will now leave you feeling
clearly uneasy. In time, the new pathways that represent
accelerated evolution will feel like the only viable and sound
options you have.
Examples of Use
Below are two examples of use. The Tool can be used on anything
that causes irritation, agitation, resistance, or any other
unwanted emotional state.
In
Relationship
We’ve all heard the saying that you will marry the parent you
have the most unresolved issues with. So you might ‘marry your
mother’ and project all you mother-issues onto your spouse. When
you perceive your spouse’s behaviors, you overlay all the
unresolved mother-issues and react with the intensity of deeply
repressed childhood trauma. You may also have layers of your
own unresolved stuff with your spouse that keep you stuck in
misperceiving present moment reality.
The Joyful Clarity Tool can be run in meditation on your
relationship with your spouse, and it will undo all the layers
of emotional material that prevent you from seeing your spouse
as they are. It will help you understand and resolve the past
issues, as well as will clear and heal all that you may be
projecting onto your spouse. It works deeply in your childhood
looking for all the origins of particular distortions, and
awakens the denied self and the capacities that were repressed.
With Resistances
Suppose you are jealous of someone’s success and in resistance
when you hear about it. The JCT can be run in meditation, tuning
into the jealousy, and it will work through your childhood,
finding and clearing all the origins of self-denial that does
not allow for your success, and awakening the capacities and
traits necessary to have come forth in greater self-expression.
In the present moment, these capacities and traits will be
strengthened in you and you will be assisted to anchor in the
essence of success (or whatever you are jealous of), so that you
begin to feel an expansion of being rather than the contraction
of jealousy. It will also seed in you the impulse to engage
those new energies and will highlight a pathway for you to
realize success. You will now feel inspired and expanded by
another’s success.
The Joyful Clarity Tool is part of the important paradigm shift
of the new creation, away from the pain signature and toward the
Joy Signature, wherein everything is experienced as waves
and shades of joy and evolution is assured by impulses for ever
greater joy. While this may seem to be a lofty ideal, these
Tools are very practical and effective support to get you there
quick.
DNA
Illumination Tool
The DIT activates automatically, every time you activate the
Multi-Body Balancing Tool on the causal body and
strangeflows, either through meditation or tapping routines. The
Tool does deep cleaning of old non-serving genetic imprints on
all levels. It clears out negative cultural programming and all
the personal genetic programming that may be cleared out in you
at any point in time. It may be viewed as a Tool that
systematically removes past influences that are negative or
limiting.
The DIT also performs a rainbow coding to accelerate the
release of all past dysfunctional material, continually bringing
in new energies of expansion into greater goodness and beauty.
It does a continual dump of all the old and brings in the
new. The Tool then clears out distorted DNA codes and replaces
these with codes that come only from the Higher Self. It does a
further coding for continual enhancement of DNA
codes—integrating infinite coding—, and the Higher Self is
empowered to grow new strands of DNA. As these appear, the Tool
helps support their expression in the body, where they will
subsequently take form in outer life.
The result is that you will be able to hold increasing power,
which will accelerate healing. As your power increases and the
DNA clears, you will also be able to resonate with Truth more
easily, and so will have increased awareness of lies and deceit
that may be going on around you. You will have increased clear
vision about the world, and clarity about your life purpose and
its direction. So the DIT is a clarification tool as well—as
all the distortions and murkiness is cleansed, clarity is
restored.
Mind Healing Tool
The Mind Healing Tool takes a
program—a set of beliefs, behaviors, emotional states,
perceptions, etc.—and supports its clearing by supplying the
mind with new patterns that optimize a person’s accelerated
evolution. The new patterns are overlaid in a manner such that
when the old program is activated, the new one is brought in as
an option, the mind is downloaded information so that it can see
how the new is optimal and will address the needs and fears that
were involved in the original program, and the neediness and
fear that created the original program is healed via activation
of the Love Transformer Tool, which effectively rewrites
the past of negative programming.
This approach was taken so that a person will
not enter into a healing crisis—having programs that served to
avoid fear and hurt removed without fully comprehending the new
optimal programs. In this manner, the conscious mind is involved
in the replacement decision, although it occurs at a micro-level
so that a person will not even notice what is going on. As

the IMT-EHS for your own use, as well the ability to attune your

The Body is the Center of Manifestation
"As above so below; as below so above; as within so without; as
without so within."
The law of correspondence means that you can focus on one thing
and understand another; change one and effect changes in the
other. The point of transition from inner to outer reality and
from macrocosm to microcosm occurs at the level of body. Your
inner reality of the mind is the body, and this will express as
outer conditions of life. And likewise, the body is the center
through which we may bring Heaven to earth and earth to Heaven.
But many people have been so damaged in their bodies that they
are truly unable to bring in their higher dimensional self to
bear on their life, or to create anything of beauty in the their
lives, let alone manifest their dreams. Some don’t even have
dreams, because they don’t know who they are. The Self has been
lost because the body has been disconnected from its life
source. The recent revelation from the movie The Secret,
that you create your reality by your thoughts, is not an
exciting prospect to those who don’t feel they have any control
over their thoughts and feel hopeless to change things.
Depression is reaching epidemic proportions in our society, and it
is estimated that by the year 2020, depression will be the
number two disease in the western world. Depression is the
illness of having lost the self and a breakdown in body
communication. Without the self or a strong identity in the
body, you cannot know your desires or sense a life path that
holds meaning. The Self enters at the Crown chakra, and your
identity in life comes from a strong pineal gland and DNA
system. But that is not the whole story. The body has eight
major organ centers, each with an important function and
translation process to the incoming current, which contains the
desires and will of the Self.
The Transduction Through the Body of Magnetic Codes to Matter
The body may be regarded as a great
transducer, implementing a continuous process of translation,
reducing the incoming current from one state to another, which
is more and more understandable to the body.
Thus, the magnetism of the incoming current from the
cosmos becomes translated to physical matter that builds up the
body’s cells. And as the body evolves toward greater health,
robustness, complexity, and beauty, a person’s life also evolves
in a similar manner.
Manifestation occurs from a thought or desire from the Self (or
Higher Self) that is down-stepped at each of the successive
levels of the organ centers in the body. If the organ centers
are not fully activated, are blocked or have distortions from
suppressive programming in life, there is loss or distortion of
information from one step to the next. The result is that was
comes in as inspiration and support from the higher realms has
no opportunity to manifest in outer reality. Furthermore, if
the Crown is not activated then nothing of substance may even
enter—we are then cut off from the Self and experience life as
empty and meaningless. The RACT ensures restoration and
evolution of centers, so that Higher Self codes may reach the
body’s cells.

The Hair organ draws in the magnetic blueprints for a
person’s life from the cosmos. Cosmic influences, information,
divine essences, capabilities, insights, inspirations,
solutions, etc. in the form of magnetic energy are drawn in
through the Hair, activating the crystal organ and brain center,
where ideas are formed.
The magnetic codes are passed down to the Pineal gland, which
turns it into light compositions. The DNA system
transports and refracts light. The Pineal gland shines the
light codes in the nervous system, which is stimulated to
translate these codes into electrical patterns based on
input from the DNA system. This electrifies the
glandular/lymphatic systems. The Medulla Oblongata, which is
the organ of the nervous system, stimulates the thyroid—the
center of the glandular system— and the nervous system
stimulates the glandular system.
Upon stimulus, the Thyroid produces chemicals and alters the
chemistry of the body system and air system coming into the
Lungs. The air gets coded by the glandular and lymphatic
systems as the chemicals are mixed with the incoming air. The
encoded air then passes through the bones. The bones are
associated with the Stomach organ center. So the Lung center
communicates and stimulates the Stomach center by the air that
encodes the bone system. The bones vibrate upon this
stimulus, which changes the organs centered in the
Womb/Prostate center. Organs have a base of water. The bones
vibrate up the water and in this manner, they change the
chemistry of the organs. The organs respond in turn, by
transmitting codes for new blood flow. The organs tell
the blood what they need. The blood then activates to fulfil
those needs. The Rectum center is the master of the blood and
corresponds to the Root chakra. Activating the red region
(rectum) builds new body or new tissue via the blood.
A blueprint or idea passes through the
entire physical body in this manner and becomes manifest in
outer reality. When we have blocked energy centers by our
bodies being denatured, by wounding in childhood, and by
absorbing the distortions in the body’s of those around us, the
translation from blueprint or idea into manifested form is not
at all assured. And when we cannot manifest easily with our
body’s inner power, we will attempt by force and will experience
life as a great struggle. Moreover, when we hold distortions in
our organ centers, the noise and distortion is added to the
incoming current at each transduction step, and what we end up
manifesting is not at all our original idea or divine blueprint.
Tool Functionality
The RACT works on the totality of your being, so shifts will occur
on all levels—physical, emotional, mental, psychic, and
spiritual. The effects will vary by individual. If you have
physical conditions, you may notice improvements. You may feel
calmer, less reactive, more trusting about life. Some may
experience healthier sleep patterns. Still others may notice
changes in people's behavior toward them, or their behavior
toward others. Bad habits will dissolve and things you’ve been
