When you look at yourself in the mirror, what

In normal cases,
these pure
spiritual energies are filtered down through the
mental/causal realms, then through the emotional/astral
realms and then to the etheric
realm, before they reach the physical to nourish and
animate it.
In an ideal world, our thoughts and feelings are very
fluid and flow in and out fairly quickly. Unfortunately,

with blocks in the emotional and mental bodies, the etheric
layer is itself undernourished by
the higher dimensions,
and its depleted energies flow through blocked

impeding its ability to sustain the physical in health

The energy flows that are most commonly known are the
meridians, which are related to the
emotional or astral body. Balancing the meridians is
known to improve health conditions and release limiting
